Built on one idea: tell the truth about the vehicle

Guaranteed Auto Repair started with a simple frustration: too many Windsor drivers were paying for repairs they didn't need, or leaving a shop more confused than when they arrived. We opened with the opposite approach — show the customer what's actually wrong, explain it clearly, and only fix what needs fixing.

That approach is still how we run the shop today. We're independently owned, which means no corporate sales quotas and no pressure to hit a monthly upsell target — just a team of technicians who'd rather earn a repeat customer than a one-time invoice.
